Starting counseling is the first step in discovering the real you underneath the wounds of life. The you that is loved and made for freedom. I offer you my experience and commitment as a therapist to help you reach your goal of having a fuller life.
My approach integrates a variety of evidence-based and faith-informed modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Christian Counseling, EMDR, Gottman Method for couples, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed Parts Work, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Together, we will uncover the underlying pain and patterns that have impacted your life and relationships. From this foundation, I will help you cultivate compassion, love, and kindness toward yourself—empowering you to heal, grow, and move forward with clarity and purpose. My goal is to support you in transforming your struggles into strength and creating a life rooted in peace, joy, and meaningful connection.
As human beings, we were never meant to carry life’s pain alone. When we experience deep wounds or emotional hurt, it’s common to feel isolated, disconnected, and uncertain about how to move forward. Yet healing begins in the context of safe, compassionate connection. What we often need most is someone willing to enter those sacred, vulnerable places with us—someone who can help us make sense of the emotions that lie beneath the surface.
As your therapist and guide, I will walk alongside you with care and intention. Together, we will uncover the root of your pain, release what no longer serves you, and move toward emotional freedom. My hope is to support you in reclaiming the peace, joy, and purpose you were created for.
