Starting counseling is the first step in discovering the real you underneath the wounds of life. It is a journey filled with deep aches and joys as you uncover who you were meant to be. I offer you my experience and a commitment as a therapist to help you reach your goal of having a fuller life.
I provide a safe space to hear your story as we walk through the pain together. I use a wide variety of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Spiritual Direction, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Therapy, Parts of Self Work, and Trauma Informed Therapy to uncover the belief system that may be hindering your growth process. From there, I assist you in identifying healthy beliefs to create new ways to see yourself and the world around you. My goal is to help you grow from these struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
I believe that as humans we were not meant to walk through life alone. Yet, oftentimes when we face the hurt and deep wounds we have incurred over time, we find ourselves feeling isolated and hopeless. More than anything, what we need is the help of others who will delve into these sacred places with us and help us navigate through the uncertainty and emotions that lie beneath the surface.
